| Alabama takes its third BCS National Championship title in four years, and solidifies its status as a dynasty program in the new century. Notre Dame's run was its best since 1988, and restores the historic team to the top of the college football landscape. Oregon and Texas A&M look as good as any team, and but for ineligibility by Ohio State, the Buckeyes would also be among the best of what was a fantastic year in college football. |
